We ship worldwide. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days within Europe, and worldwide delivery up to 4 weeks.
A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
We are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times. If a package is lost, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 3 days with photos and your tracking number.
We do not add shipping costs to our products within Europe, which is why we use recycled cartons and other packaging products to save nature and lower the packaging costs.
Orders outside Europe will be subject to higher pricing due to higher shipping costs.
