Refund Policy

If the package is lost or has not arrived, you will be entitled to a refund within 14 days after making a claim. Proof of purchase is required.

We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Paintings must be unused, undamaged, and returned with all original components in original packaging.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

​Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
